Terms and Conditions

1. Payment must be made within THREE days, or otherwise items ordered will be automatically released. 
2. Items sold are NOT exchangeable nor returnable. We will make sure that the items are in good condition before posting.
3. We do not accept refund except for Out of Stock items.
4. We will NOT be responsible for any damage or loss incurred once items has been posted. 
5. Items ordered will only be post AFTER full payment has been made.
6. Items availability are based on current stock shown in the product's description.
7. All associated bank transaction fees, custom duty or clearance to be bare by customer (any local or overseas order)
8. Orders containing more than a pair of baju kurung, additional shipping fee will be advised accordingly.
9. KurungKrew reserves the rights to change its terms and conditions without prior notice.
